Baby’s First Book Club

Join me at Quick Brown Fox Bookshop for Baby’s First Book Club, where you will:

  • Nurture your baby's love of books, and meet like-minded parents

  • Learn about early language and literacy development

  • Get key book recommendations for your child's early years

  • Experience and learn about “book sharing” vs. “book reading”

  • Learn to support each communication stage of your child, and know when to reach out for help

  • Be guided with personalised strategies for your child's communication development

Cost: $180 includes all three book club sessions - and three curated children’s books to take home for your growing home library!

Join me for Yoga for Caregivers, as an opportunity for you to:

  • Make space for yourself, your body and your breath, and to honour your remarkable role as a caregiver

  • Be guided through simple and nourishing movement (asana) appropriate for every body

  • Learn and practice simple strategies including breath work and meditation for your toolkit as a caregiver

  • Connect with other like-minded caregivers through coffee afterwards

Cost: $20 per class - payment upon booking here

Please Bring:

  • Yoga mat & a regular sized pillow or bolster

  • Socks & blanket

  • Eye pillow or eye mask
