No referral is required to access my services, but letters / correspondence from any other care providers in your child’s team are always warmly welcomed!
I support families accessing services through:
National Disability Insurance Scheme - Early Childhood Early Intervention (NDIS ECEI) funding, both for self-managed and plan-managed participants
Medicare Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plans as written and provided by GPs
Please note each plan needs to be dated and received before or on the day of the first consult’s Medicare claim, and
Private funding - including health care fund claiming via codes “initial consult” 320 and “subsequent consult” 350
Please check directly with your health care fund provider whether your child is eligible on your level of cover
My fees across all services are set in line with the current NDIS Price Guide and are GST-free (except for NDIA requested reports, and clinical education/supervision).

Services are currently provided at our clinic in Ashgrove, with home visiting, daycare visits and telepractice (via phone or video) by request.
Session Fees
Initial Assessment
$193.99 per 50 minute session + 10 minute session notes
Available in clinic, by home visit* or virtually via telepractice**
*Travel time for home visiting is calculated between the Ashgrove clinic and the address using Google Maps. Travel is supported to a maximum time of 30 minutes travel to, and 30 minutes return - prorated in increments of 10 minutes ($32.33 per 10 minutes)
**Telepractice eligibility dependent on child’s presenting concerns
Inclusive of:
A comprehensive pre-appointment online case history questionnaire - completing this beforehand allows us to focus on you and your child for the whole session - not completing paperwork!
50 minutes of informal and/or formal assessment tailored as indicated, depending on your child’s specific presentation and your concerns
In-depth discussion of your concerns, your child’s development to date, and their current strengths and needs
Explanation and modelling of key initial strategies to help you feel empowered in best supporting your little one’s communication and/or feeding (time permitting)
Written summary to take home with our agreed plan
Therapy/Review Sessions

Inclusive of:
50 minutes of consultation time, balanced between dynamic assessment, direct treatment and coaching. I’ll both discuss and show you therapy strategies with your child to craft a meaningful and achievable home programme to work at home before we’re due to see each other again next
Ongoing review and updates of your child’s therapy goals, strategies and treatment plan
Liaison with GP/Paediatrician/other professionals as agreed - note, for larger pieces of liaison work, this may be billed at a rate of $32.33 per 10 minutes and will be discussed with you
Clinical Supervision + Training
I have provided extensive clinical education, supervision and mentoring to both early career practitioners and experienced clinicians, in the areas of early communication, feeding and dysphagia. Bespoke clinical education, supervision and/or mentoring supports can be negotiated with fees based on your unique needs starting from $220 per hour (incl. GST). Industry Consulting
I’m available to provide professional consulting to organisations looking to lead the market by integrating best clinical practice in supporting infant and young children’s feeding, swallowing and communication needs - as well as how to communicate these messages to their caregivers and families. My hourly consulting rate starts from $400 per hour (incl. GST), with bespoke quotations available to capture your specific goals and needs.
